Dear ihos users,

We want to inform you about an important maintenance event regarding our private ihos mail server. As part of our ongoing commitment to improve the quality, reliability, and security of our services, we will be migrating our private mail server to a new and better data center. This migration is a crucial step that will allow us to provide you with a faster, more stable, and more secure email experience in the future.

What you need to know:
When?
The migration process will begin on July 11, 2025, at 19:00 (7 PM) and is expected to be completed by July 12, 2025, at 01:00 (1 AM). Please note that these times are approximate and the migration could be completed earlier or, in rare cases, take longer if unexpected issues arise.

What services will be affected?
During this maintenance window, the private ihos mail server will be offline and unavailable. This means you will not be able to send or receive emails through our private mail system.

What about other ihos services?
All other ihos services, websites, and platforms will continue to operate normally without any disruptions.

Why are we migrating the mail server?
Moving the mail server to a new data center is part of our continuous effort to enhance the infrastructure behind ihos services. The new data center offers:
